Josephine Benson

Josephine is a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. She holds a master’s degree in Mental health from Trinity College Dublin, H dip (hons) degree in psychotherapeutic studies University College Dublin, and a Dip in Humanistic counselling.

Josephine is a motivated individual, who has a passion for improving the lives of people by helping them deal with any difficulties they may face. As a professional she committed to delivering the highest standards of care and achieving the best results. She is a member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist (IACP) and has worked for a range organisation where she has gained in-depth clinical experience providing counselling to couples and individuals. She utilises a collaborative process, encouraging clients to take an active role as they set goals and create the change they want to see in their lives.
Josephine employs an integrative therapeutic approach – Humanistic (PCT), Cognitive (CBT) Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) depending on client need.

She has completed training in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST), Crisis Intervention Management Support (CISM), Anger management, and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP). She works with a wide variety of issues such as - Anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma, grief, sexuality, relationship issues, low self-esteem, eating disorders, addiction, life transitions and stress management. She also has a wealth of experience of working with people with co-morbidity, dual diagnosis and complex trauma.
In addition to her private practise Josephine works as a case manager and psychotherapist for a large private health care company. She is also delivers a program in national primary schools to promote positive mental health, emotional literacy, social and emotional competency.

MIACP B.A. (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy, Certificate of Basic Training in EMDR Therapy and Practitioners Certificate in CBT.

Philip received a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School in 2010 and has since completed further training in EMDR, Safe Trauma Training, CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness.

Philip has adopted an Integrative approach to psychotherapy utilising various therapeutic models including Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness Based stress Reduction.

Philip believes that Stress, Anxiety and Low Mood can arise at any stage of life and can often be overwhelming. Psychotherapy can provide a non-judgemental and safe place to explore these issues.

AISLING KENNY

Aisling is a qualified psychotherapist and is accredited with IACP. Aisling holds an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, Certificate in Psychology from Trinity college and is also has advanced training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. She has over 10 years client work experience.
Aisling is passionate about helping people and also encouraging the benefits and advantages that counselling and psychotherapy can offer to people of all ages and backgrounds. She is non judgmental and is committed to accepting all her clients as they are, viewing each of her clients with positive regard. Her aim is to help clients more towards a more fulfilled and happier self.
Aisling wants her clients to reach greater emotional awareness and positive Sense of self.

During her therapeutic work she aims to meet all her client where they are at in that moment and focuses on the emotional dimension of the clients individual experiences.
Aisling is an integrated humanistic therapist also drawing from Cognitive behavioural therapy and solution focused brief therapy. She works with clients 18 or over both long and short term.

She is passionate and determined to offer her very best to each and every client and is very committed to her belief that counselling and psychotherapy can benefit us all in a positive, meaningful and life changing way.

GARRETT REDMOND

Garrett is an accredited child, adolescent, and adult psychotherapist with experience working in primary schools, community projects, and corporate settings. Garrett is experienced in working with children and adolescents with challenges related to anxiety, school refusal, grief and loss, and anger management but not limited to such. Garrett has studied cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) at Masters’s level and uses this approach whilst integrating evidence-based measures. Garrett has done specialist training with world-renowned Sand Play therapist Barbara Turner PHD and continues to engage in monthly supervision specific to sandplay.
Garrett engages in continuous professional development and is currently completing a second Master’s degree related to Psychology.

I’m Joan and I am an accredited psychotherapist with IACP I have two decades of experience working with young people, families and individuals. I am qualified in Adlerian psychology - a social psychology that emphasises the importance of relationships and social connections.

I have a masters in family therapeutic skills and have worked as a family practitioner for two decades. I use an holistic approach with a strength’s based model that offers hope for the client and supports them make sense of their situation.

Sarah Jane has worked in the care sector for the past twenty years, working with clients of varying needs and ages.
Sarah Jane qualified with an MSc in Art Psychotherapy International from Queen Margaret University in 2012. Since graduation Sarah Jane has worked extensively in schools, supporting children and adolescents with bereavement, emotional behavioural difficulties as well as anxiety and self-development.
Sarah Jane has also just finished working for one of Irelands leading children’s charities, specialising in bereavement. Sarah Jane has extensive experience in homeless and addiction services as well as in prisons.
Sarah Jane uses a person-centred approach, meeting the client at their own individual needs, offering a non-judgemental service.

Agota Dobor

Agota is a qualified play therapist, psychologist (M.Ps.S.I.), and psychotherapist. She has been working for 25 years in this area. She has experience with anxiety, worry, depression, attachment difficulties, separation, family dysfunction, and lots of other issues. She works
with children, teenagers, and adults. Her counseling is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. One of her expertise is working with perinatal issues, such as fertility, loss, depression, or bonding with the baby in the womb to build a strong attachment.
Agota offers bilingual therapy both in English and Hungarian.
